1. General Policy – All Sales Final
- All sales through this website are considered final once the product is sold and dispatched.
- We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an item has been dispatched.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this “all sales final” policy.
2. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
- Products are shipped to the address provided by you during checkout.
- Delivery times are determined by the courier/shipping partner and may vary.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier services, natural calamities, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Defective or Damaged Products on Delivery
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order ID, photos of the damage, and packaging details.
- After verification by us, we may — at our discretion — offer a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit.
- This clause (defect/damage resolution) is an exception to the “no returns / no refunds” rule.
4. What We Do Not Accept for Returns/Refunds
We will not entertain any of the following under any circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size/fit (unless received damaged/ defective)
- Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors
- Any request for refund, cancellation or exchange after dispatch

- Please review your order details — including product, quantity, size, shipping address — carefully before placing an order.
- Once payment is processed and order placed, we will consider the sale confirmed.
