1. General Policy – All Sales Final

  • All sales through this website are considered final once the product is sold and dispatched.
  • We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an item has been dispatched.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this “all sales final” policy.

2. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by you during checkout.
  • Delivery times are determined by the courier/shipping partner and may vary.
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier services, natural calamities, or other external factors beyond our control.

3. Defective or Damaged Products on Delivery

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order ID, photos of the damage, and packaging details.
  • After verification by us, we may — at our discretion — offer a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit.
  • This clause (defect/damage resolution) is an exception to the “no returns / no refunds” rule.

4. What We Do Not Accept for Returns/Refunds

We will not entertain any of the following under any circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size/fit (unless received damaged/ defective)
  • Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors
  • Any request for refund, cancellation or exchange after dispatch

5. Customer Responsibility & Order Review

  • Please review your order details — including product, quantity, size, shipping address — carefully before placing an order.
  • Once payment is processed and order placed, we will consider the sale confirmed.
