Welcome to Taekai. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Definitions & Agreement
   1.1. “Customer”, “You”, “User” refers to any individual browsing or ordering.
   1.2. “Company”, “We”, “Us”, refers to Taekai.
   1.3. By placing an order or using the site, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products, Pricing & Payment
   • All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
   • Payment will be processed via our payment gateway (e.g. Cashfree).
   • Once payment is confirmed, the order is accepted and cannot be cancelled.
3. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
   • Order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successful.
   • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in certain cases (incorrect details, fraudulent activity, out-of-stock, etc.).
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
   • Products will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
   • Delivery time depends on courier/ shipping partner and may vary.
   • Risk of loss or damage passes to customer once courier accepts the parcel/booked for dispatch.
   • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by courier, natural events, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations — All Sales Final
   • Once a product is sold and dispatched, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not allowed.
   • Please verify your order, shipping address, and payment details carefully before placing order.
   • In case of damage or defect on delivery: you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product — with order ID, photos of damage, and packaging.
   • On valid verification of defect/damage, at our discretion we may offer replacement or store credit — but not unconditional refund.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Use
   • You agree to provide accurate and complete personal, billing, and shipping information.
   • You agree not to misuse the website (no fraud, hacking, abuse, spamming, violation of laws, etc.).
   • You agree not to reproduce or misuse site content (text, images, logos).
7. Intellectual Property & Content
   • All content — images, descriptions, logos, design — is property of Taekai.
   • Use without permission (copying, republication, redistribution) is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of site, products, or services.
   • Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s).
   • We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or external factors.
9. Amendments to Terms
   • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at our discretion.
   • Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
   • It is your responsibility to check Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
10. Severability & Waiver
    • If any provision here is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain effective.
    • Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute waiver of that right.
